Playing Dress-Up


I recently got picked up by an Artist Representative on the East Coast, and it was suggested that I revisit this piece about a little boy playing dress up. The original was one of my first digital paintings, and I'm happy I upgraded.

Mountain Hiking



So I've gotten a lot of flak from my friends and family for not posting in awhile, but what can I say- I've been very, very busy having a wonderful summer. This is an image from one of the fun trips I took this summer. I sketched it with ink during a hike in the mountains, then brought it home for more detail and color in Painter.

Anti-Valentine Entry


The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators held a contest to create an anti-valentine illustration. I thought the idea of a little girl frustrated with the results of her "He loves me... he loves me not" petal-plucking was an endearing way to illustrate the concept.

Nice Surprise
