Mouse Sketch

This is a mouse character I've been sketching out for a new children's book I'm working on. Still looking for a good name.

I love that little mouse. Is he the primary character in "Of Mice and Moon"? or, could he possibly be a recent generation of the Mickey/Minnie family?

Cool mouse- I like the texture you used in your paint.
I think Scratch is a good name.

You give the mouse a great deal of character WW, I like how the background is composed of cheese. And "Scratch" is a good name, but how about "Simple" or "Bleu"? In any case good work and good luck with the book, though I doubt that you will need it.

Hey Jen,
The mouse is adorable! Very expressive! Love the colors, too. I think the "cheese variety" theme for a name is a cute idea....maybe "Gouda", or Charles Limberger. And maybe even "Brie"if there's a female character. Anyway, whatever name you come up with will be perfect!:)

I have the best name. "Brad" Short and sweet! And it could be a living tribute to a great artist!!

Hey Jen! He's cute! But how does he eat? JK. It was nice running into you the other day. Hopefully we'll run into each other again! ;)

Hi Jen,
I liked your Mouse character - I recently asked students at the school, where I teach, to write about being transformed into an animal (like kafka's Metamorphosis) and one of the kids (Joanna) wrote about being transformed into a mouse. Would you mind if I used your mouse to put with the student's essay in the school newsletter? It is not to be published, other than as a student newsletter within the school. The student in question is in Secondary grade 6 in Jakarta Indonesia. She is Indonesian, but has mastered the English language well at such a tender age.
I thought your mouse would fit the essay well.
